Chain of Command

High Command


Colonel: The Colonel is the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Spartan Corps. He oversees all aspects of the Corps including personnel organization/training, operations/foreign relations and logistics/strategy. The Colonel is also responsible for making sure the Base of Operations(website) is functioning properly. He answers all questions asked of him in a professional manner, activity is never in question and he is always on Xbox or the site when required.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Colonel is unachievable.


Commander: The Commander is the Executive Officer of the United Nations Spartan Corps. He assists the Colonel in overseeing all aspects of the Corps from personnel organization/training, operations/foreign relations and logistics/strategy. The Commander, just as the Colonel, is responsible for making sure the Base of Operations(website) is functioning properly. He answers all questions asked of him in a professional manner and is on Xbox and site when required.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Commander is unachievable.

Commissioned


Captain: The Captain is handpicked as a direct subordinate officer to High Command. They are the most trustworthy, active and dedicated of all personnel in the Corps. They abide by all Rules and Regulations, follow our Values on and off Xbox/Website, go above and beyond for the Corps and work with High Command to maintain organization and order.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Captain is earned and received at the discretion of High Command.


First Lieutenant: The First Lieutenant is the final achievable rank in the Corps as Captain is handpicked by High Command. The First Lieutenant is the Commanding Officer of a Company. They are tasked with maintaining all the personnel of the respective Company, making sure all tasks, assignments and responsibilities are being completed.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of First Lieutenant is a huge step up from Second Lieutenant, they have phenomenal dedication to the Corps, follow all Rules & Regulations to the letter, listen and follow all directions given with no questions asked and go out of their way to assist the Corps.



Second Lieutenant: The Second Lieutenant is the first Commissioned Officer in the Spartan Corps and are the Company assistant to the First Lieutenant. They must work with their commanding Officers closely to keep all personnel are maintaining activity and, abiding by the Regulations and completing all assigned tasks.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Second Lieutenant are 110% dedicated to the Corps, follow all Rules & Regulations to the letter, listen/follow all directions given to them and are extremely helpful to all members.

Non-Commissioned


Sergeant Major: Sergeant Major is the most senior Non-Commissioned Officer. These guys, or ladies, are tough as nails and well respected in the Corps. The Sergeant Major are placed in charge of a Platoon and are required to ensure both Squads in the Platoon are maintaining activity, continuing to practice and completing all assigned tasks.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Sergeant Major is awarded to those most dedicated to the Corps and they prove themselves a valuable asset multiple times over.


Staff Sergeant: Staff Sergeant is similar to Lance Corporal only not as unique. Staff Sergeants actually are assigned duties above Sergeant. The Staff Sergeant is the Platoon assistant to the Sergeant Major. He/She works with the Sergeant Major covering all aspects of his or her Platoon.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Staff Sergeant is received at the same standards of Sergeant only their dedication, availability and leadership abilities are much greater.


Sergeant: Sergeants are the Corps personnel who excel at leading the team in matches, follow all directions given and abide by all Corp Rules and Regulations. Sergeants are responsible for leading their assigned Squad and to make sure their Squad is practicing together and make sure nobody is falling behind.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Sergeant is received due to hard work, dedication and the natural ability to lead teams in matches.

Enlisted


Corporal: Corporals, whether promoted from Private or Lance Corporal, improved upon in the leadership field vastly. Corporals are nearly always a Squad assistant to the Squad Sergeant. In the absence of a Squad Leader, the Corporal will take charge of the Squad and make sure that all assignments are completed and all duties are taken care of.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Corporal requires 150 Credit minimum, at least 2 weeks passed from enlistment date, excellent activity and maturity, abides by all Rules & Regulations and possess near outstanding leadership skills.


Lance Corporal: Lance Corporal is a unique rank by how they excel beyond the rank of Private but are not fully ready to be a Corporal. When a Lance Corporal rank is awarded to anyone, it is for they are dedicated to the Corps but do not meet the requirements to be in charge with a squad. Lance Corporals are responsible for maintaining their activity on the website and on Xbox Live and abiding by all of the Corps Rules and Regulations. Lance Corporals should also make sure they work on their leadership capabilities to ensure a further promotion to Corporal.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Lance Corporal is more or less awarded to certain people because they maintain activity, maturity, abide by all Rules & Regulations and possess above average leadership skills but do not meet High Command's standards for Corporal.


Private: Privates have successfully completed and passed Boot Camp and are now fully instated into the UN Spartan Corps. Privates will be placed into a Squad once a position is open. As the basic rank in the Corps there is not too much required of other than to remain active on the site and Halo and to make sure to be dedicated to the Corps and their Squad.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Private requires both a minimum of 50 Credits and at least 7 days passed from enlistment date.


Recruit: Recruits are newly enlisted to the United Nations Spartan Corps. Their main duties consist of filling out an enlistment form, posting on the forums, getting comfortable with the clan by playing Halo and lastly, participate in Boot Camp upon meeting the requirements of Private.
Promotion Requirements: The rank of Recruit is automatically attained by joining the site and enlisting to the Corps.

Supplementary


Ambassador: A member from a different clan who are in good relations with UN Spartan Corps. We regularly have clan scrimmages and matches with any and all clans we are allied with. If needed, both parties will assist the other when in need of players for matches. Those who continually pester UN Spartan Corps for any reason will have communications blocked indefinitely.


Honorable Discharge: Any personnel of UN Spartan Corps who was required to resign from the UNSC for any reason but did so in a professional and mature manner.


Dishonorable Discharge: Any personnel of UN Spartan Corps who was required to resign from the UNSC for any reason but did so in an unprofessional and immature manner.
